We remodeled this ‘70’s split level to open up the kitchen into the living room, add an abundance of natural light, and were able to use quite a few reclaimed materials in the process, including the butcher block countertops, as well as gave the old cabinets a nice refresh with a full sand down and refinish. Gone went the popcorn ceilings, the funky old wiring, the dangerously out of date electrical fixtures, and so much more, in with the new and out with the old!
